There are 100 large camp places. Their numbers are to discover on a label on surrounding trees or bushes. See also the plan [hyperlink] of our camping area. These numbers mark the middle of every camp spot, so it is clear where the field of your neighbor starts. The camping counts eight (mowed) meadows with each its own name. Each ‘pré’ is connected by a track with a speed limit of 5 km per hour. You may drive with your vehicle on this track between 8 and 22 hours. Who arrives later, parks his or her car just for the barrier at the entry.
The Grand Pré is the central and largest meadow. Here is a playground for children and a jeu the boules court. You will find the accueil, the reception desk, at the beginning of this field, close to the barrier. The largest bathroom and toilet building is also situated on the Grand Pré. Here are showers on gas and solar energy. One large bathroom is available for campers using a wheelchair.
The Pré des Violettes, in the eastern part, lies beside a single track railway. Because of the enormous size of the camp site this local train between Millau and Béziers produces hardly any noise. This field lies something apart from the rest from the camp site. Playing along and on the railway or in the tunnel is dangerous and therefore prohibited. Violettes is the only meadow where dogs of association members are allowed. Here is only a simple solar power shower and a water tap.
The Pré de la Luzerne, the midfield, is surrounded by small woods and lies close to the swimming pool and the second sanitary building on the Grand Pré.
The Pré de la Source lies in the western part. It is called after the water source, the origin of the Vérène a little river that connects all meadows. A lot of our camp spots have a direct access to this brook which has a temperature of plus minus 10 degrees Celsius. Therefore it is often in use as a frigidaire! It is approximately 50 centimeters deep. There is a sanitary block with toilets and warm water on the Pré de la Source.
The Pré de la Jeunesse and Vacca are two separate small fields where young people can camp, in the shade and also close to the swimming pool. There is no professional supervision at the swimming pool. The water quality is checked daily.
The Pré the Moncourtet at south of the farm is undoubtedly the quietest field. This sloping field lies against the mount to Ceilhes, the starting point of many walks in the neighborhood.
The Pré de la Marcassins is also a little bit sloping and is in use as second parking place. After 22 hours in the evening, car driving is not permitted, then you can park your vehicle at the entry parking.
